|Video| George The Poet featuring Emmanuel Stanleys – #TheOlders

You may have seen George The Poet at our Launch Party in January and just like many of the other performances, he blew the crowed away. Unfortunately at the time I was getting my hair cut so I missed the performance and so did Laurence (our camera man) therefore it was no incorporated in the launch party footage, however, we heard great things and watched fans videos on YouTube.

This is George’s lates poem titled “The Olders”,  he headed over to the peeps over at Link Up TV to drop this one. The poem covers the matters of society within the working class community this day and age. About the influences older peers have on the youth and how a young person can be easily manipulated to think crime & abuse is the way to gain respect, very in depth poem that is worth a watch/listen. He partners up with pianist Emmanuel Stanleys to give it an acoustic feel. Watch above.
