The soulful vocals of Scandinavian singer Marie Dahlstrom bring us an incredible cover of the legendary Phil Collins track. Remember the Cadbury advert with the drumming gorilla? Yeah that one.
The soultress takes on the 1981 released song and shows us how covers should really be done with her smooth funk, jazz meets reggae vibe, that is both electrifying and soothing.
Filmed and edited by Dan Pick and recorded at London’s Cream Studios last month, this cover is just a snippet of what the UK based soul singer has in store for us after releasing her “Feelings” EP last winter.
