The popularity of the Air Max 1 can never be doubted after its recent resurgence to the forefront of stylish sportswear. The classic running shoe will take on the VNTG (vintage) look this Summer 2013 as seen in the featured image in this post. Nike have given the tip, mudguard and Swoosh a dated suede look, which takes away attention from the greyish suede up top and compliments the red tongue branding and outsole. Finished off with a white upper, laces and a yellowed midsole, it seems that Nike have done a good job with bringing the vintage look to the Air Max 1.
I like these a lot, considering that I have decided to stray from the silhouette (even though I have a bright iD pair and a popular blue/white pair). Again, expect these to drop in Summer 2013, a date will be given closer to the release date. What do you guys think?
