|Event| DISTORTING VIEWS – Ciler joins forces with London’s Cityzen Kane

We love some great art events here at TheBluMile, especially when its brilliant expansive art in our hometown! Acclaimed Mexican street artist Ciler joins London’s Cityzen Kane in a collaborative project at the Brick Lane Gallery from 27 – 30 September 2012.

The show, Ciler’s first on UK soil, will seem him and Kane collaborate on a new work to be completed in front of an audience on the exhibition’s opening night.

Commissioned by el Jimador tequila, Distorting Views showcases the work of two of the most exciting street artists working in London and Mexico City.  In addition to their collaboration, the exhibition will also contain selected pieces from both artists, which are usually reserved for the streets of their respective home cities.

Distorting Views runs at The Brick Lane Gallery from 27 – 30 September 2012. Open Thurs/Friday 6pm-9pm, Sat/Sun 1pm-6pm.
