One of our upcoming favourite acts from the UK is iAm1 and having covered them before on there previous video we got a happy e-mail from Danny over at CharmFactory (big up them) with the new track from the duo who are pushing boundaries in what we see as rap & electronica.

‘Wake You‘ is 1 of 5 new tracks which will be released over the coming weeks and all will be available for free download via the bands Soundcloud page. Each song will be accompanied by a bespoke piece of artwork designed by up and coming designer Tom Baxter.
Their last EP, ‘Watching‘ picked up a handful of BBC Radio 1Xtra plays from DJ Target, and the love for them over at the station is amazing. They also managed to make the cross-over on to Radio One, with Huw Stephens giving ‘Watching‘ a spin when he was standing in for Zane Lowe.
This new track is fresh, the chorus flows perfectly into the harsh rapped verses that reflect love and to me the struggles of what we go through in life. A great piece of work and we’re looking forward to the EP.
