When you think of Nelly, you can’t really pin point what genre she belongs in, because her music is mixed and matched with lots of different cultures and influences. Her squeaky voice is soothing and therapeutic, but only to a certain number of the public. ‘Spirit Indestructible,’ is the type of song that rejuvenates your spirit, it makes you feel like you almost want to meditate to it, and prepare for all the evil things coming your way.
