[New Music] Ne-Yo – Let Me Love You

Ne-yo has returned with a definite chart topping song. Not only is the beat of fist pumping quality, but it’s also sunshine and smiles. The UK has been suffering with cold and wet days, but just when the sun comes out Ne-Yo releases the perfect song for sunny London locals to enjoy. Even though the instrumental is cheesy and recycled, it hits all the right spots to make you smile. ‘Let Me Love You’ no matter how cliché the name or sound is, is the type of music we so desperately need to enjoy the sun that has bestowed upon us.

Everybody enjoys a feel good song, with good vibes that makes you want to dance. Especially when the instrumental is so crisp and clean, that it has you picturing the break of dawn all the way down to when the sun sets. In all honesty the reason why this song is good, is because it was done Ne-Yo. If any other artists tried to recreate this song, it wouldn’t work. It would just end up sounding like eurotrash. Ne-Yo on the other hand has a way of making a song his, and catering it to his strengths so it can’t be misconstrued as anyone else.
