It’s seems that the new 90210 TV show breeds talented music artists, instead of writing good plots to keep their show interesting. Tristan Wilds, who is known for playing the role of Dixon in CW Networks, hit show 90210 has decided to take the leap from acting into music. The 23 year old has a lovely airy bass like voice, and a beautiful smile. It’s obvious that him making his transition to music is probably the best decision, as he’s got a killer personality that is going to go down well with the ladies. The first music video for his EP ‘Cold,’ is artistic and visually engaging but very short, which is good because it leaves you wanting more.
Tristan has only had fewer than 3000 views on YouTube, but that’s probably because so many people think he’s just “acting” like a music enthusiast. Due to his role of playing Dixon, a young and talented music producer whose trying to find his way into the music industry. What people forget about actors, is that they tend to choose acting roles that speak to them or connect to them in some way. Whether it’s a talent they have, or an insecurity that they can associate with their past, present or future. What makes Tristan’s music video so good is that he’s able to use his acting abilities to generate a much better video, with a solid storyline. The actor released his first EP back in November 2011 called ‘Remember Remember,’ giving his fans a taste of whats to come. He may be new, but he has all the tools to be great. Tristan Wilds has the voice, style, and distinctive sound as well as the acting experience; now all he needs to do is continue to perfect his craft.
