So incase you have been under a rock for a while The Killers are back this summer with a brand new album entitled ‘Battle Born’. The first single for the album ‘Runaways’ was given the snippet treatment earlier this month but now we have the fully fledged single released this morning! Featuring production reminiscent of Day & Age fused with guitar and lyrics from Sam’s Town it seems the band is attempting to give the fans exactly what they asked for, with previous solo work from Brandon and Ronnie taking a little step away from normal Killers proceedings the gang are back together and with this new track you can tell the spark has not gone out yet. The track as I mentioned is very Killers-esque, fusing the dance synths we have become accustomed too with the heartfelt strong lyrics from Brandon this album is shaping up nicely.
