As a whole new generation embrace the British streetwear institution that is The Duffer of St George, the Creative Director and brand founder Marco Cairns decided it was time to re-introduce some of the more iconic pieces from the brand’s rich and colourful history. This gave birth to the Duffer Archive Collection.
Selecting key pieces from their vaults, Duffer plan to periodically bring back one to one reissues of key pieces starting with the now legendary Duffer Beaver Sweat Crew and Tee. Originally produced in the early noughties, the iconic beaver graphic was influenced by the humour and playfulness of preppy college sweats from 1960′s America.
Using authentic cotton marl fabrics and a 60s style fit the sweats come in either a pink or blue colurway and the t-shirt in a classic grey marl. The stuff is definately going to fly off the JD Shelves and with Duffer’s continued passion for creating fresh garments their position as one of the powerhouses of UK Streetwear looks set to continue.
