|Video Of The Week| Behind The Scenes Footage Of Kanye West & Rhymefest’s Cancelled Comedy Show

Back in 2008, Kanye West teamed up with Comedy Central to bring us a “hip-hop meets puppets” comedy show that was titled Alligator Boots.

The creators of an original comedy puppet show called Crank Yankers joined the team and helped write the show, whilst Kanye’s companion Rhymefest had the role of executive producer as the show was in fact his idea – Kanye just added a few concepts on top. The show alongside Crank Yankers founder/producer Daniel Kellison and would feature music from both West and Rhymefest.

The show had a similar concept to The Muppet Show and also Sesame Street as they would have weekly guest celebrities to play a role in the show. Unfortunately it didn’t appear on our screens and the reason why has not been revealed but check out Kim Kardashian though… woo!
